A renovation to a family home on the coastline. This design reconnects our clients with their ocean views, establishes an easy flow between home and garden, and creates refreshed, modern spaces for gathering with family and friends.

The feeling

“We absolutely loved working with Carla and the CMA team on the transformation of our family home. From our first meeting, Carla and her team demonstrated an outstanding level of professionalism, creativity, and care. They took the time to truly understand our vision, lifestyle, and long-term needs, and transformed these into a beautifully considered design that has become our “forever” family home.

Throughout the entire process — from concept design to the preparation of architectural plans, management of the build contract, coordination of documentation, and delivery of the finished home — CMA provided us with high quality and personalised service. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and every element of the project was managed with precision and skill.

Carla and her team acted with honesty, integrity and genuine care at all times throughout the project and we would not hesitate to recommend CMA to anyone seeking a highly talented, trustworthy, and dedicated architectural practice capable of delivering exceptional outcomes from concept through to completion.”
