Associate / Project Architect

  • About the role

    As Associate / Project Architect, you will deliver high-end residential projects.

    You will be responsible for managing projects and contributing to concept design, design development, documentation, consultant coordination and site administration.


    This role includes

    Design Leadership

    • Lead design across all stages, from early sketches to construction detailing.

    Project Delivery

    • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

    • Lead consultant coordination and ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and timely.

    • Regularly attend site to monitor construction and ensure adherence to design intent.

    Client & Stakeholder Engagement

    • Maintain excellent communication with clients, guiding them through each stage of the process.

    Studio Contribution

    • Mentor junior architects and graduates.

    • Contribute to studio culture, processes, and quality improvement initiatives.


    We’re looking for

    • Master’s degree in Architecture.

    • Registration as an Architect in NSW (preferable).

    • 6–10 years post graduate experience in residential architecture (preferably local and high-end).

    • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects from concept to completion.

    • Outstanding design and detailing skills.

    • Excellent knowledge of local planning controls and construction standards.

    • High proficiency in Revit.

    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

    • A collaborative mindset with the ability to lead.
